Joyfully

This color challenge from CAS 442 really made me feel like I need to increased my paper stash because I don't have any of the colors? I tried to use my watercolors but alas it wasn't the best. Still, I enjoyed the process of making this card and it's a reminder to go and buy more cardstock ahaha.  For the background, I painted on two different pieces of paper on colors that were the closest to the challenge. Used some floral motifs and vellum to create the image and added a sentiment ephemera from my stash. 

I love no reason cards, they're my favourite to make. This one is very loosely following the Freshly Made Sketches 507.  The star is the show is the girl sticker. I love the colors so much I chose different shades of blue to compliment it. It was one of the easiest to make cards, pretty much done within ten minutes. 

I included two of my most favourite colors in this card following the sketch from Sketch Saturday 681 .  I didn't follow it too closely, but just added few elements as my card is super small.  I decided on a suble birthday card. There isn't a lot of elements here, I wanted to kee it super simple. The background paper is the winner here. I added a somple floral image and brought everything together with the elements of the sketch. The pink banner perfecly compliments the cupcake and the pink stars and enamel dots.

 Hi, it's Shaha. I've been making cards for as long as I can remember and I even had a seperate carft blog when I was younger but I had deleted it. It's time to bring my cardmaking back as it's been giving me so uch joy and I love the community of paper crafters around. I used to love looking at card sketches and following along, so this week I made a few cards.  This card fits the sketch of MFT563 which I followed fairly closely. I also found that there are color challenges? That intrigued me so much and so I am following the theme of Color Throwdown 664.  Most of my cards are scrap cards as I use all the scrap materials I have. I used different shades of brown paper and added a few die cut circles. For the main image, I used a sticker from a darling sticker set I got on Ali Express, popped up the #fearless sentiment with some foam tape. This sentiment reminds me of Taylor's Fearless.
